Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements the Terms of Service and describes in detail what content and uses are permitted on MorphCraft. By using the service you agree to this AUP.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• NSFW / adult content: Sexually explicit or pornographic content, including AI-generated nude or semi-nude imagery, sexually suggestive poses, or gratuitously violent content. No exceptions.
• CSAM (zero tolerance): Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors. Immediate permanent termination and referral to law enforcement (NCMEC CyberTipline).
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): Any intimate or sexual imagery of a real person generated without their consent.
• Harassment and threats: Content designed to harass, threaten, stalk, or incite violence against any individual.
• Impersonation for fraud: Content depicting a real person in a misleading context intended to defraud, defame, or deceive.

The face swap feature may not be used to:

• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery — swapping a real person's face onto explicit or suggestive content
• Create deepfakes intended to deceive — realistic fabrications of statements or actions attributed to a real person
• Impersonate someone for fraud, social engineering, or identity theft
• Generate content involving minors in any suggestive or intimate context

The following uses are explicitly permitted and encouraged:

• Professional headshots and portrait enhancement
• Creative projects, concept art, and digital illustration
• Casting previews and production storyboards
• Photo restoration and historical image enhancement
• Personal style exploration and virtual try-on
• Face swap using your own likeness or with explicit written consent of the depicted person

Violations are handled on the following ladder:

• Warning: First minor violation receives a written warning. Content is removed.
• 24-hour suspension: Repeated minor violations or a single moderate violation.
• Permanent ban: Severe violations (NCII, harassment, fraud) or continued violations after warnings. Unused credits are forfeited.
• Law enforcement referral: CSAM, credible threats of violence, or other criminal content. Referred to NCMEC and relevant authorities immediately.

MorphCraft reserves the right to skip steps in this ladder for severe violations. Determinations are made at our sole discretion.

To report a violation:

• NCII / non-consensual intimate imagery: Use our content removal form — reviewed within 48 hours as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.
• Other violations: Email abuse@morphcraft.com with a description and any supporting evidence.
