Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MorphCraft you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MorphCraft.

The service is not available to residents of countries subject to comprehensive US, EU, or UN sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea region).

MorphCraft operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you run an AI transformation.

• Credits are non-refundable except when a job fails due to a technical error on our end — in that case credits are automatically returned to your account
• Credits do not expire
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts

You own the content you generate using MorphCraft. We claim no intellectual property rights over your generated images or videos.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, including rights of publicity, copyright, and defamation law.

By uploading a face image for a face swap transformation, you certify that:

• The face belongs to you, or
• You have the explicit written consent of the person depicted to use their likeness in this way

Generating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

You may not use MorphCraft to:

• Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, immediate termination
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery of real people
• Produce sexually explicit or pornographic content, including AI-generated nude or semi-nude imagery, sexually suggestive poses, or gratuitously violent content. No exceptions.
• Produce content intended to harass, threaten, or defame a specific individual
• Impersonate another person for the purpose of fraud or deception
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent content safety measures
• Use the API or service in automated bulk generation without prior written permission

Violations are handled under our Acceptable Use Policy: first violation results in a warning; repeated or severe violations result in suspension or permanent termination.

If you believe MorphCraft is hosting non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) depicting you or someone you represent, you may request removal using our content removal form. We review all requests within 48 hours as required by the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

Valid notices must include: the URL of the content, your relationship to the depicted individual, a description of the content, your contact email, and a good-faith attestation. False reports may expose the reporter to civil liability.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for Terms violations.

MorphCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MorphCraft's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
